Sign-off plan

How reviewer sign-off works on this site: which topics are awaiting sign-off, what sign-off checks, and when the next batch is due. No reviewer names are published here.

Sign-off plan — dated 7 November 2026

This note states the process and the timing only. It names no reviewer and claims no sign-off that has not happened.

Which topics are awaiting sign-off

All health-topic guides and the vaccination-sources tool that carry a “sign-off pending” marker are awaiting sign-off. Country profiles carry no reviewer marker and are not part of this plan. The marker means the content has not been signed off; it does not mean the content has been reviewed and failed.

What sign-off checks

Sign-off checks that the figures on a page match their named official sources, that the plain-language summary does not change what the source says, and that nothing on the page gives personal health advice. A page is signed off only when that check is confirmed for that page.

When the next batch is due

The next sign-off batch is due by 14 November 2026, after the PAHO measles review (10–13 November 2026) and the opening of COP31 (9 November 2026). Pages are signed off one batch at a time; a page keeps its “sign-off pending” marker until its own batch is confirmed. This note will be updated when a batch is confirmed, with the date and the pages covered — still without naming any reviewer.

What is not claimed here

No page on this site is presented as reviewed or signed off unless its marker says so. No reviewer name, credential, affiliation or bio is published anywhere on this site until sign-off for the relevant content is confirmed.
